AI & Business Automation

IMPROVE THE WAY WORK GETS DONE

Identify repetitive work, securely deploy AI, automate practical
processes, and keep those systems running.

Show Us a Process to Improve

Start With the Process, Not the Technology

In many businesses, employees are still manually moving information
between email, folders, spreadsheets, Microsoft 365, accounting
systems, and other applications.

They may download attachments, rename files, enter the same
information into multiple systems, route documents to coworkers,
or repeatedly perform administrative steps that technology could
handle more efficiently.

PCC starts by understanding how the work gets done today. Then we
determine whether AI, automation, better integration, Microsoft 365,
an application you already own, or simply a better process can
improve it.

Sometimes AI is the answer. Sometimes it isn’t.

Instead of asking:

“Where can we add AI?”

Ask: “Why are we still doing this manually?”

HOW PCC HELPS YOU PUT AI & AUTOMATION TO WORK

We focus on specific business problems, practical improvements,
appropriate security controls, and systems that can be managed over time.

1

Workflow Assessment

Show us how work gets done today. We identify repetitive tasks,
unnecessary handoffs, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

2

Secure AI Deployment

Deploy approved business AI with appropriate identity, access,
security, governance, data protection, and administrative controls.

3

Business Process Automation

Automate practical portions of business workflows using AI,
Microsoft 365, integrations, APIs, and technology you already own.

4

Managed AI & Automation

PCC can monitor and maintain supported workflows and AI agents
so they continue working as applications, services, and processes change.

A SIMPLE EXAMPLE

From Manual Process to Automated Workflow

Imagine invoices arrive through email. An employee may need to open
the message, identify the appropriate customer or project, download
the attachment, rename it, file it, and notify the person responsible
for processing it.

Depending on the systems involved, several of those steps may be
automated. The document could be identified, routed to the appropriate
Microsoft 365 location, organized correctly, and presented to the
appropriate employee for review.

The goal is not to remove human judgment. It is to remove work that
does not require human judgment.

02

Information is identifiedAutomation or AI determines how the document should be handled.

03

Document is routedThe file is placed in the appropriate location or workflow.

SECURE AI DEPLOYMENT

Giving Employees an AI Account Is Easy. Deploying AI Responsibly Takes More Thought.

Business AI can potentially interact with company documents,
intellectual property, customer information, email, applications,
and internal processes.

PCC can help businesses evaluate and deploy approved AI platforms
with appropriate administrative and security controls.

Explore AI Governance

Deployment considerations may include:

  • User identity and authentication
  • Single sign-on and provisioning
  • Permissions and role-based access
  • Data and intellectual-property protection
  • Retention and administrative settings
  • Employee AI-use guardrails
  • Logging and monitoring
  • Human approval requirements
  • AI governance policies

ENTERPRISE AI DEPLOYMENT

Claude Enterprise Deployment & Governance

PCC takes Claude Enterprise from subscription purchase through secure production deployment, including identity integration, controlled user access, role-based permissions, model and spending controls, AI governance, production-readiness testing, and administrative handoff.

For organizations that want the protections and administrative capabilities of Claude Enterprise, PCC helps design and configure the environment around the way your business actually works.

The goal is not simply to give employees access to Claude. It is to create a governed AI environment with appropriate controls over who has access, what they can use, how business information is handled, and how the environment is managed after deployment.

ONGOING MANAGEMENT

AI & Automation Are Not “Set It and Forget It”

Applications change. Authentication expires. APIs are updated.
Connectors fail. Cloud providers experience outages. Business processes evolve.

An automation that works perfectly today may eventually need attention.
PCC can provide ongoing management for supported AI agents and automated workflows.

Troubleshooting
Vendor outage review
Configuration maintenance
Periodic testing
Security review

A DIFFERENT APPROACH

Your Business Should Own Its Business Processes

Some automation platforms make it easy to build a workflow but difficult
to leave the provider that built it.

PCC prefers to avoid unnecessary vendor lock-in. Where technically
practical, we build solutions using systems, accounts, and environments
controlled by the client.

That may include Microsoft 365, approved cloud services, business
applications, APIs, and other client-controlled technology.

We want clients to stay because PCC continues providing value,
not because leaving is technically painful.

AI NEEDS GUARDRAILS

Before giving AI broader access to business information or systems,
organizations need to answer some basic questions.

What can the AI access?

AI should only have access to the information necessary for its approved purpose.

What can employees provide?

Employees need clear guidance about confidential, proprietary,
regulated, and customer information.

Is company data used for training?

Business and consumer AI products may operate under different privacy
and contractual terms. Those differences should be understood.

What can an AI agent do?

Reading information is different from sending email, modifying records,
approving transactions, or deleting information.

When is human approval required?

Money, customers, employees, legal obligations, security, and
difficult-to-reverse decisions may require explicit human approval.

Need a framework?

PCC’s AI Governance Learning Center includes practical resources,
checklists, and guidance for business AI adoption.

Already Using AI?

You do not necessarily need to start over.

Employees may already be using ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or other
AI applications. Departments may already have automations in place.
Someone may already have connected an AI application to company information.

PCC can help review what is already being used and determine whether
there are opportunities to improve security, governance, integration,
or business value.

We can look for:

  • Security concerns
  • Access and permission issues
  • AI governance gaps
  • Unapproved AI tools
  • Data exposure concerns
  • Duplicate or unnecessary tools
  • Processes worth automating
  • AI that is adding complexity without enough value

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is AI business automation?

AI business automation combines traditional workflow automation with AI
where AI provides a useful capability, such as interpreting information,
categorizing content, summarizing data, or assisting with decisions.
Not every automation requires AI.

Can PCC help us figure out where AI would actually be useful?

Yes. PCC can review an existing business process and identify opportunities
for AI, automation, integration, better use of existing technology, or
straightforward process improvement.

Does PCC implement Claude Enterprise?

PCC can assist businesses evaluating and deploying Claude Enterprise,
including identity, administrative, security, and governance controls.

Can PCC automate Microsoft 365 processes?

Depending on the workflow and applications involved, Microsoft 365 and
related technologies may be used as part of an automated business process.

Does PCC manage automations after they are built?

Yes. Supported workflows and AI agents may be included in ongoing
management for monitoring, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.

Will we be locked into PCC if you build an automation?

PCC’s preference is to avoid unnecessary vendor lock-in. Where technically
practical, solutions should use systems and environments controlled by
the client so an important business process does not depend entirely on PCC.

What Is One Process You Wish Worked Better?

You do not need to know what AI tool you need.
You do not even need to know whether AI is the answer.

Show us how the process works today. We will help determine whether
AI, automation, existing technology, or a better process can improve it.
