AI Workflow Review

AI that starts with your actual work

What task does your team repeat every week?

Bring us one process that takes too long. In a free 20-minute conversation, we will look at how it works today and recommend one practical next step.

For Bay Area businesses with roughly 10 to 100 employees. No system access needed for the initial review.

A useful first step

Start small enough to learn something.

We begin with the business process, not a software pitch. The initial review is a conversation. A pilot, if useful, is a separately scoped paid project.

01 SHOW THE TASK

Walk us through it

What starts the work? Who does it? Where do delays, repeated entry, or corrections happen?

02 DEFINE A GOOD RESULT

Set the boundaries

Identify the information involved, who approves the output, and how you would judge improvement.

03 CHOOSE THE NEXT STEP

Get a recommendation

We send a short summary and one practical next action. That may be a resource, deeper analysis, or a pilot discussion.

Examples to bring us

The unglamorous tasks are often the best place to look.

These are examples, not promises that AI is the right answer for every process.

01 Quotes

Preparing a first draft

Gathering approved details, drafting a quote, then checking scope, amounts, and commitments.

02 Follow-ups

Turning notes into action

Creating a follow-up draft after a meeting while the owner checks facts, assignments, and dates.

03 Internal answers

Finding known information

Locating guidance in approved files and confirming the source before the team relies on it.

If a pilot makes sense

Measure the whole task.

A fast AI draft has little value if your team spends longer fixing it. A scoped pilot compares the work from start to human-approved output and records where quality still needs attention.

Free 20-minute conversation

Tell us the one task you want to improve.

You do not need an AI plan to start. A business owner or process owner should join the conversation so we can understand the work and decide what is worth exploring.

  • One workflow, not an entire company audit
  • Client-led screen share if useful
  • A short written summary and practical next step

Please describe the process without uploading confidential records, passwords, or personal data through this form.

Request your Workflow Review

Tell us what your team repeats and where it gets stuck. PCC will follow up within one business day.

Common questions

Before we talk

Do we need Microsoft Copilot already?

No. The initial review identifies the tools you use and whether an AI approach is worth exploring. Any recommended tool and license fit would be checked before a pilot proposal.

Will PCC need access to our systems?

No passwords or administrator access are needed for the free conversation. You can show the current process on your own screen if useful.

What happens after the review?

We send a short summary and one next step. If a pilot is appropriate, PCC will scope and quote it separately after technical review.

Is the review a security assessment?

No. It is a limited business workflow conversation. If you need a security review, we will route that request through the appropriate PCC process.

One recurring task is enough to begin.

Show us how it works today. We will help you decide the next step.
