Founded in 2002 by Leo and Gloria Bakerian, a husband-and-wife duo that has grown into a team of Bay Area IT experts, PCC quickly established itself as the go-to technology partner for small and mid-sized businesses. Leo Bakerian – Founder and CEO

Leo Bakerian, the visionary Founder and CEO of Professional Computer Concepts, has been at the helm of the company since 2002, driving its growth while cultivating a family-like atmosphere among his employees. With a passion for technology that borders on fanaticism, Leo thrives on tackling complex technical problems. His love for computers and IT started at the age of 14 when he dismantled the family computer to explore its inner workings. Leo pursued his passion at Heald College in San Francisco, earning two degrees with a perfect 4.0 GPA while learning from industry experts.

Leo brings with him a wealth of experience from his corporate IT background, where he acquired numerous certifications while working as a sub-contractor for HP until the dot-com crash, which saw many companies go under. However, Leo’s unconventional thinking and unrelenting pursuit of IT excellence led him to establish Professional Computer Concepts.

When not busy running his business, Leo finds joy in preserving precious memories for families and friends by scanning old photos and converting video tapes into digital versions. He stays ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of the latest technology and how it can benefit his clients and his enterprise.

Gloria Bakerian – Co-Founder & COO

Gloria is the Office Manager for Professional Computer Concepts and manages the organization’s operations with finance and human relations. She joined PCC in 2008 as the second employee. Gloria was born in Germany and raised in Marin County. Gloria graduated from Sonoma State University in 2005 with a Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. She also holds a minor in Biology, a testament to her longstanding passion for the sciences.

Gloria brings more than 15 years of business management experience to Professional Computer Concepts. During high school and while attending college, Gloria gained valuable experience in the business administration arena by working as an administrative assistant for various insurance agencies. Upon her graduation from college, Gloria worked for several years in the human resources department at Dow Pharmaceutical Sciences, a position that later kicked off her own company as a human resources consultant.

In her free time, Gloria loves to read; in 2022 she read 242 books. She also enjoys playing the piano, gardening, and spending time with the family.

Justin Shaw – Service Manager

Justin Shaw is a Service Manager with over 7 years of experience at PCC. He has a talent for simplifying complex processes and creating efficient systems that benefit everyone. Prior to joining PCC, Justin gained industry experience with local ISPs and technology firms. He enjoys the fact that he can technically say he worked on ‘spacecraft’.


Outside of work, Justin has a passion for planted fish tanks and spends much of his free time tending to his aquatic plants and fish. He also enjoys listening to podcasts about politics and philosophy, as well as reading sci-fi books. His love for learning extends beyond his hobbies, as he stays up to date on industry developments and new technologies in his field.

Justin is a dedicated and enthusiastic team player who brings a unique perspective and set of skills to his work at PCC. His ability to approach problems from different angles and find innovative solutions is highly valued by his colleagues and clients alike.
