For the second year in a row, Professional Computer Concepts was honored to sponsor the 100MARIN Celebration of Philanthropy, Marin County’s premier giving circle. This event is near and dear to our hearts because when local businesses come together for good, our entire community grows stronger.

What Is 100MARIN?
100MARIN began in 2015 with a simple yet powerful idea: Imagine the impact of 100 caring hearts coming together to create real change.
Founded by local business professionals, 100MARIN unites community members each year to pool donations and support outstanding Marin County nonprofits. Every contribution, large or small, combines into one collective gift that directly benefits organizations making a difference close to home.
Through this model, 100MARIN has awarded over $429,000 to 62 nonprofits, with hundreds more nominated. Every dollar contributed goes directly toward strengthening our community.

How It Works
Each year:

Members of the 100MARIN network nominate local nonprofits.

Five finalists are selected to share their stories at the Celebration of Philanthropy event.

Attendees vote on the winner, who receives the pooled donation fund.

The remaining finalists each receive a $1,000 contribution.
To attend the event, a $150 tax-deductible donation per person is required, and that donation goes straight into the collective giving fund. It’s a simple and powerful way to make an impact while connecting with others who care about Marin’s future.
2025 Celebration Highlights
At this year’s Celebration of Philanthropy on October 8, members selected the Marin Foster Care Association as the 2025 award recipient. They received $15,000 to continue their incredible work supporting children and families in foster care.
The four other finalists — Sanzuma, EAH Housing, Center for Domestic Peace, and Enriching Lives through Music (ELM) — each received $1,000 awards in recognition of their vital community contributions.
Since 2015, 100MARIN’s collective giving has surpassed $400,000, amplifying the efforts of nonprofits that uplift Marin County.
